This vintage of the White Rock displays freshly cut peacharomas with notes of citrus stem and lavender. The palate is well structured with flavours of citrus, white peach and macadamia. Maturation in high quality French oak barrels has contributed vanillin notes and a creaminess to the persistent zesty finish.

The wine has a mild salmon pink colour which will develop further with time. The 2020 Springton Riesling was carefully blended from 3 different blocks within the Avon Brae vineyard. (56% Block 11, 26% Block 10, 19% Block 8) It is bright pale straw and shows tropical fruits and rose petal on the nose. The palate is broad and full with lime over a long line of lemon. An enticing Eden Valley Riesling drinking well now but built to last.
