Spicy undertones complete the fruity nose and pave the way for a seamless palate which opens with pear and grapefruit flavours. Sherbet characters follow and the wine ends in a long finish, marked by citrus acidity. Enjoy this wine within 2 to 3 years from vintage to make the most of its youthful flavours. Alternately, it can be cellared for up to 15 years for more complex and toasty characters.

Since then, the winery has moved forward in leaps and bounds.
