A much-loved South Aussie red, this blended red is rich in black fruits that fill the mouth. Raspberry, red currant and plum fruits are balanced with fine sandy tannins and cedar oak. This medium to full bodied wine has a lovely balance and style in true Church Block character. Church Block was the first wine the late Greg Trott produced under the Wirra Wirra label back in 1972. He took the name from one of the original vineyards, which runs next to the small Bethany Church (Est 1854) across the road from Wirra Wirras century old ironstone cellars. The fruit parcels used to craft Bremerton Racy Rose was picked, gently pressed, and fermented under cool conditions to retain desired fruit colours and flavours. This pretty, salmon pink-hued wine is a fusion of Shiraz grapes with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The exquisite bouquet gives off scintillating aromas which intermix with juicy and savoury fruit flavours on the lively and textural palate, to culminate in a fine, dry and captivating finish. This delightful Rose wine has been crafted to relish upon release and tastes wonderful with lightly cooked shellfish, grilled fish and goat cheese.

Geoff Merrill Parham Cabernet Sauvignon is a deep red coloured wine with purple hints. It was aged in brand new American oak hogsheads for 27 months. Its complex and powerful bouquet exudes aromas of roast beetroot, dark chocolate, black olive, blueberry, licorice and mint. The focussed yet balanced oak creates depth as it opens up in the glass. The palate is fleshy, full of tannins, structured with tight acidity, and displays flavours of dark blue fruits, black cherry and olive.
