Pale straw colour its all about the tropical fruit and light herbal aromas. Well rounded on the palate, there are hints of lemon intertwined with the tropical overtones.

A concentrated and complex wine with dark choclate, liquorice and spice aromas and flavours accentuated by nutty oak from barrel maturation.

Chapel Hill's McLaren Vale Verdelho has an intriguing and feisty array of flavours and aromatics. Kaffir lime leaf, passion fruit and honeycomb all leading into an endearing textural finish.

Taylors Jaraman Chardonnay has lifted, complex aromas of subtle white peach and nectarine along with secondary aromas of cream and cashew nuts from lees stirring and oak maturation. The Clare Valley component delivers mid-palate weight and richness with fleshy stone fruit flavours of yellow nectarine and white peach, while the Adelaide Hills component delivers elegance and length with restrained citrus flavours to the mid-palate.

The grapesfor this wine were picked from our 40 year old vines grown in the volcanic soilof the ancient Fordwich Sill. These low yielding mature vines produce ripe, concentrated fruitwhich results in a wine with excellent regional and varietal characters.

This ripper little organic white is a standout in the range of wines for those who are more conscious of what goes into their body. White peach and manderine sit comfortably in a whilsper of clean acid.

Wither Hills Sauvignon Blanc is amongst the very best examples of the famous Marlborough style. Always a standout, the Wither Hills is lively on the palate with herbal gooseberry and lemon-grass flavours. A definite leader of the pack.

Excellent colour and mid-density. Being 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 29% Shiraz it is more of the classic Aussie blend Cabernet/Shiraz. Lifted dark fruit and cedar notes on the nose. A rich mouthfeel from the McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz. Fine tannins with the oak very much in the background ensuring great drinkability.

A wonderful example of Hunter Shiraz. Ripe berries and spice with a touch of leather on the nose and a beautifully integrated palate showing plenty of juicy fruit flavour in a subtle well balanced style.

Oyster Bay Sauvignon Blanc is among the leaders of Sauvignon Blanc due to its quality and consistency vintage after vintage. Oyster Bay Sauv Blanc has excellent balance and varietal intensity. Drink the Brokenwood Semillon young for its zesty lime and lemon flavours or age it for 4-6 years to experience the succulent honeyed flavours of aged Semillon.
