They continue today to produce wines of region character with fine craftsmanship. Their Hunter Valley Shiraz is a wine in perfect harmony. Majority French oak is used to mature a wine that has flavours of intense cherries and violets overlapping powerful mulberry and that traditional Hunter character of forest floor and earth.

The result is a fresh and vibrant Tempranillo true to the varietal's Spanish roots with dark berry fruit prominent. A consistent and appealing acid structure and tannin backbone give the wine a real touch of class.

Audrey Wilkinsons Merlot is a mellow, easy approaching style that is packed with ripe plum aromas and subtle oak. It is matured in French and American oak for 18 months, giving the wine soft tannins and a flavoursome finish.

As the name suggests, a sweet creamy style Apera (the Australian name for Sherry), from one of Australia's best and oldest family owned wineries.

Excellent colour and mid-density. Being 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 29% Shiraz it is more of the classic Aussie blend Cabernet/Shiraz. Lifted dark fruit and cedar notes on the nose. A zesty and refreshing sparkiling wine with enticing fruit flavours of passionfruit and green apple which provide a fruit sweetness, that is well balance by a refreshing citrus finish. A soft fine bead of bubbles completes the wine. Lifted fruit salad, dominated by passionfruit and green apple on the nose.

Marqués de Riscal has 225 hectares of the indigenous Verdejo variety planted in the Rueda region that produces the very best varietal examples available. A bright, straw coloured wine with great aromatic intensity. Notes of fennel and fresh grass are evident along with the dominant tropical nose and palate. A smooth texture and slightly crisp, bitter finish make this wine extremely pleasing and a perfect match for a good antipasto plate.
