Blue Pyrenees Bone Dry Rosé
This Rosé is made from early harvested Pinot Noir from the Blue Pyrenees Estate. The colour is beautifully pale salmon pink with lovely flavours of glazed cherries, strawberries and cream. A great example of balance of acidity with fruits on the palate with a crisp finish.
PICCINI COSI CHIANTI BIOLOGICAL
Wine Making Process - Organic Chianti is produced following EU directives and under the strict control of the QC&I, an organism recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture. The grapes are produced exclusively with agronomic techniques which ensure maximum respect for the environment, forbidding the use of synthetic parasitic ides, and herbicides for controlling the growth of weeds. The only fertilisers permitted;are natural, organic composts. Sustainability is at the forefront of Piccini Così. All packaging components used for a bottle of Piccini Cosi’ are lightweight, recyclable and eco-sustainable: cotton fibre paper, light bottle, capsule, natural cork and punctured carton with removable printed side. Simply Natural, Cosi’ to sustainable, Cosi’ to making the natural choice. Fermentation - A selection of Sangiovese grapes, identified uniquely with the soil of Tuscany, is processed at a controlled temperature with a short period of maceration;following the traditional red fermentation method . Colour - Ruby red in colour. Bouquet - An intense classic sangiovese nose, black cherry, redcurrant and just a touch of floral notes that remind of violets. Flavour - Full and beautifully etched on the palate, with excellent depth and structure. The ripe, substantial tannins are buried in fruit on the finish. Recommended With - Piccini Organic Chianti has the body to accompany roasts, meats, veal and cheeses very effectively. Serving Temperature - 18 – 20 degrees C.

Pillastro comes from Puglia, in Italy’s deep south, best known for big, smoky wines made from prized local varieties Primitivo and Negroamaro. It is made by Angelo Maci, a leading figure in the quality revolution of the last two decades, whose cellar Cantine Due Palme has twice been named Winery of the Year. Angelo made this wine purely from Primitivo, which produces rich, powerful reds with plenty of ripe fruit. A period of oak ageing has infused the wine’s generous plum and damson character with notes of spice and vanilla. Enjoy with hearty casseroles, pasta with a rich tomato sauce, or garlic roasted lamb.

Saracosa ()
Saracosa is inspired by the ‘Super Tuscans’ – a style first developed in the 1970s. These wines kickstarted the region’s renaissance and became some of the most exclusive and expensive in the world. Saracosa is from the Barbanera family estate, where half the vineyards are in the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano DOCG, and the remainder just beyond. In the 5-Star 2017 vintage Saracosa’s old vines delivered exceptional concentration. Dense, dark cherry and chocolatey tones make this a serious choice for pasta with pork ragù or bistecca alla fiorentina (steak with cannellini beans in tomato sauce).

Colour : Straw yellow in colour with greenish hues. Bouquet : Piccini Pinog Grigio is a light medium bodied wine. On the nose it shows immediate forward flowery bouquet and fruit, especially apple and peach, holding a firm and fruity palate. Flavour : Its crisp acidity balances well with the soft character recommending it as a pleasant and easy to drink wine. Tombacco Aglianico IGT Del Beneventano
Bouquet this wine is clear and complex, with enjoyable hints of cherry and red berries fragrance, followed by a marked vanilla and spicy note. Flavour excellent mouth entry, elegant and warm, sapid and fullbodied. Good length and persistence that leaves an enjoyable soft sensation and a pleasant mouth which asks for another sip. With nuances of cherry, plum and spice.
