Our King Valley prosecco pours with an exuberant mousse and has a very fine stream of tiny bubbles flowing through it. Emanating from the glass are fragrant lilly and elderflower notes followed by pear, apple and lemon sherbet aromatics. The palate unfolds with delicious red and green apple, pear and melon fruits tinged with subtle nuances of citrus. A balanced and crisp finish with depth of flavour and amazing length.

Dal Zotto Sangiovese is mid garnet with a purple hue; the savoury bouquet is immediately reminiscent of Tuscany with briary red fruits, sour cherry in particular, sage and thyme and a little earthy complexity adding interest; the palate is medium-bodied and fleshy on entry, with the crunchy tannin and acid of the variety providing an engaging and savoury platform to conclude; will handle a huge array of flavours, from light to full blooded.

Our dolcetto shiraz is a racy wine with sweet fruit, bright and lively with long acid finish, and light but firm tannins. This will give your salami and cheese platter, a fine run for its money.
