Woodvine & Co King Valley Prosecco
The King Valley in Victoria has proven itself as ideal for the production of quality Prosecco and Woodvine & Co. is determined to honour both the variety and the delightfully picturesque region. Range Life Prosecco
Pale straw coloured with green tints, this wine shows delicate aromas of honey dew melon and peach skin with hints of fennel and fresh yeast. The palate is light and fresh with flavours of green tropical fruits, honeycomb and green apple. A subtle mid palate sweetness is balanced by chalky acidity and a slightly savoury refreshing finish.
Pizzini il Soffio King Valley Prosecco
This wine is a light straw colour with lime hues. The nose explodes from the glass with sweet sherbet, lemon, lime and jasmine aromas. Yeasty and earthy characters add complexity, with added brioche notes. The palate is creamy and refreshing zingy with lemon, lime acidity. The wine has lovely length and softness with a touch of sweetness but a long dry finish. Serve with Sydney rock oysters or lightly grilled scallops topped with lemon zest.
