Originating for Georgia, Saperavi when translated means paint or dye which reflects its deep red colour. This wine has delicious bouquet or berries and firm rich tannins.

Hand picked grapes from cool climate vineyards in the King Valley and Tumbarumba were used to craft a methode traditionelle sparkling wine of the highest quality. Lifted aromas of green apple and citrus on the nose, and after extended time on lees the palate is soft and creamy with brioche characters.

No simple lemonade characters here, but rather some depth in aroma and flavour. Granny Smith apples, grapefruit, pear skin, preserved lemon. Crafted in the distinctive Redbank style, it's fruit forward, dry, crisp and teeming with complexity. The nose shows aromas of orange blossom, sherbet and citrus with a subtle note of strawberry. The palate shows clean and fresh natural acidity with notes of white stone fruit and lemon zest. As this wine ages it is developing its complexity with nougat and brioche notes appearing all while still having that classic Redbank backbone of natural acidity.

Aromas of pear, green apples, peach skin and mint with faint hints of musk, bee's wax, fennel, almond and star anise. The palate is fresh and light with flavours of crisp green apples, lemon, pepper tree, grapefruit and green herbs straight from the garden. Delicately sweet, balanced with crisp natural acidity and the trademark Prosecco phenolics - slightly chalky, mineral and a little savoury. This leaves the palate feeling refreshed; the perfect wine to serve as an aperitif.
