Paringa Estate Estate Chardonnay Mornington Peninsula The fruit for the Estate Chardonnay is sourced from low yielding estate vineyards, some of which are over thirty years old. Constant attention to detail in the vineyard and vine maturity produces fruit of outstanding quality. The fruit is handpicked, whole-bunch pressed, and the unclarified juice is fermented in new (approx 30%) and one-year-old French oak puncheons and barriques. In recent years Tarrawarra Estate Reserve Chardonnay has definately turned down the volume and has become a refined and elegant Yarra Valley style chardonnay with lovely citrus zest and white peach flavours. Complimented by a smooth and rich mouthfeel, every bit a quality Chardonnay.

We are absolutely thrilled to bring to you the Chandon Vintage Brut Rosé, exclusive to Vintage Cellars! A beautiful blend, the pinot component adds lovely strawberry flavours to the creamy nutty characters of the chardonnay which are the hallmark of the house of Chandon. Rich salmon pink in colour, the nose delivers enticing aromas of freshly baked pastry and nougat along with spice notes and hints of cherry and ripe strawberry. The palate is dense and multi-layered with mouth-filling red berry flavours complemented by toasty characters. A beautifully structured mid-palate is supported by savoury spice and fine creamy notes. The inclusion of red pinot noir base wine in the blend provides great complexity, persistence and a sublime long, dry finish.

Yering Station Reserve wines are produced only in years of outstanding quality. The chardonnay is prodominetly sourced from D block on wineries estate.

The citrus rind and grapefuit lead the palate to an overall fine yet textural journey. Cape Mentelle Chardonnay had this distinctive minerally line too, apparent with focussed refreshing acidity. Faint nuancesof soft nougat and cashews also add to what is a harmonious balance and an elegant and length finish.

MULLINE Sutherlands Creek Chardonnay, Geelong 2021 Mulline (which rhymes with divine) was established by the two Bens, winemaker Ben Mullen and business manager Ben Hine, in 2018. Sutherlands Creek Chardonnay is a fragrant, fresh and lively wine with aromas of lemon and white peach followed by fine structure across the tongue with crisp, bright acidity.
