The name of this outstanding wine, 'The Holy Trinity' symbolises the Burge family's migration to the Barossa in the 1850's. The family, the vines and their faith created a tradition of winemaking that has continued for five generations. This wine also pays homage to the Barossa, encapsulating the three traditional red varieties of the Barossa - Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre. Under guidance of head winemaker Craig Stansborough, the three varieties come together to make a complex and flavour filled red.

This Grenache Shiraz Mataro blend shows lifted fruit aromas of Turkish delight and briary complexity. The palate is plush, full and complex.
