Barbera is a medium bodied wine with a deep red colour, originating from northern Italy. Our Barbera displays notes of cherries and red berries, supported by a good natural acidity which the variety is know for.

The perfect red wine for all cuisines. Think aromas of cherry and strawberry, followed by savoury bramble fruit on the palate and delicate dusty tannins to finish. This is a smooth balanced wine for any occasion.

No simple lemonade characters here, but rather some depth in aroma and flavour. Granny Smith apples, grapefruit, pear skin, preserved lemon. Col Fondo Prosecco undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and isnt disgorged. The flavoursome leesy sediment dances on the bottom, hence col fondo, literally meaning from the bottom. This is how Italian prosecco used to be crafted before industrialisation turned it into mostly cheap fizz made in stainless steel tanks. This is complex, refreshing, lightly fizzy with plenty of acidity keeping it alive and kicking.

Lulu Belle is the beautiful stranger who takes your breath away. She's the essence of a sweet wine on a warm summer's eve, capture in a bottle. Full of exotic notes of guava and passionfruit, lightly spiced with musk and rose petal. Fragrant and fresh, with a zesty light fizz to finish.

The Nook Prosecco is sourced from the King Valley. It’s fresh and clean, with little hints of orange sherbet and blossom. A perfect balance of sweet and dry.

It's a crisp & pure example of the Prosecco fruit we've been growing here since 2006 & a new staple to to the Cavedon core range. We made Adelia Prosecco especially for easy, everyday drinking. One not only to pop for celebration in good company, but to break out midweek or mix into a spritz. Think elderflower, lemon sorbet & crunchy apple. It opens to a beautiful wave of florals & green orchard fruits with zesty, moreish acidity and a touch of minerality. We released Adelia Prosecco to celebrate Nonna’s contribution to our family’s legacy, our heritage & the first generation of farming that Cavedon wines is built upon. Nonna was a woman of few words & the quiet inspiration behind building our family’s legacy. She not only encouraged resilience for a brighter future for our family, but embraced celebration, community & friendship, which is part of what we wanted this prosecco to embody.
