Maschio's Prosecco is produced in the area of Treviso, north of Venice. The wine is light straw yellow with a lively froth followed by a nose full of strong candid fruit and sweet flower hints. The Taltarni Blanc de Blancs is a brilliant addition to the already impressive Taltarni sparkling range; giving an added level of prestige and refinement. Using fruit sourced from the best parcels of cool-climate Victorian Chardonnay and following the traditional method, the 100% Chardonnay sparkling is classic in nature with notes of subtle peach and lemon. The finish is textural and engaging, yet with bold natural acidity.

Italian pioneers in the King Valley region of Northeastern Victoria, Dal Zotto have produced a Pinot Grigio of class and style here. Displaying aromatics of blossom, honeysuckle and pear, this fresh, lively wine finishes dry with good acidity.

This Pinot Gris has a bright straw colour with lifted aromas of honeysuckle pear and floral notes. Ageing in oak has given the wine a creamy texture and with crisp acidity on the finish.

Taltarni Sparkling Brut has crisp green apple with a touch of toast on the bouquet, the palate is fine and refreshing with persistent bubbles and a dry lingering finish. Excellent as an aperitif or with lighter style dishes.

The fruit was entirely hand-harvested and allowed 6 hours skin contact in the press before fermentation was carried out at cool temperatures to maximise fruit expression. This wine shows all the hallmarks of easy-going, classic Italian Pinot Grigio; subtle grapefruit and underlying floral and spice notes on the nose followed by citrus and peach flavours bound together by a tight minerality.
