Their Red Robin Riesling is made by Clare Valley icon, Tim Adams, and is simply bursting with freshness and vitality. Minerals on the nose, followed by zesty citrus characters on the palate all accompanying a superb length and fine acid structure.

The wine has great structure, with a burst of diverse flavors across the palate. Rich butter notes envelop the senses, along with hints of peach and nectar. The oak adds volume and strength to the mid-palate, showcasing rich stone fruit flavors, including fig, green melon, lime, and pineapple. Just over 20 years ago, Claymore Wines was humbly established with small volumes of Grenache and Riesling from a single vineyard in Penwortham. Since then, the estate has grown to include additional varietals and 44 hectares across three additional vineyards in Watervale.

A perfect mix of orange zest, ginger spice and ripe pear combine with notes of vanilla and baked pastry. The palate is richly flavoured and delightfully textured, carrying the opulent spice-poached pear, quince and lemon honey flavours through to a clean crisp finish.
