Taylors Pinot Gris is a strikingly varietal wine showing notes of baked apple and pear on the nose, with characteristic texture on the palate and soft acidity on the finish. Ideally suited to a whole range of foods, especially flash-barbecued prawns.

Aromas of lemon, grapefruit juice, brown lime and white flowers combine with a lick of mineral and wet slate on the nose. The palate is refreshing, with flavours of grapefruit and citrus rind with a white floral lift. The fruit weight shows the hallmarks of Watervale Riesling with zesty acidity, that gives line but still allows a sense of generosity.

The aromatics of this wine are so vibrant - jumping out of the glass. A beautiful, appealing perfume full of floral notes and orange blossom with touches of freshly zested limes. This artisan crafted Clare Valley Chardonnay delivers what the bouquet promises, delightful aromas of citrus fruits, fig, and melon flavours along with a clean, mineral acidity and a touch of lemon zest. Texturally, it is very delicate, with a soft mid palate and well-integrated oak. Overall, the wine is quite aromatic with great line & length which lingers long after the wine is consumed.
