Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple aromas intermix with hints of honeysuckle and lime. Delicious juicy pear and red apple fruits drive the mouth watering palate with some delicate infusions of fresh herbs lying underneath. Aromas of lemon, grapefruit juice, brown lime and white flowers combine with a lick of mineral and wet slate on the nose. The palate is refreshing, with flavours of grapefruit and citrus rind with a white floral lift. The fruit weight shows the hallmarks of Watervale Riesling with zesty acidity, that gives line but still allows a sense of generosity.
