An absolute delight to drink in its first flush of youth, but will intrigue and reward with additional complexity upon cellaring for 5-20 years.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple aromas intermix with hints of honeysuckle and lime. Delicious juicy pear and red apple fruits drive the mouth watering palate with some delicate infusions of fresh herbs lying underneath.
