Aromas of lemon, grapefruit juice, brown lime and white flowers combine with a lick of mineral and wet slate on the nose. The palate is refreshing, with flavours of grapefruit and citrus rind with a white floral lift. The fruit weight shows the hallmarks of Watervale Riesling with zesty acidity, that gives line but still allows a sense of generosity.

With the name of Tim Adams behind this exciting Riesling, it isn't hard to see why many have fallen in love with the wonderful, casual style aromatic white. Rich in lemon curd, lime aromas and flavour and with a touch of sweetness, this wine lends itself to some easy food matching; especially with Asian cuisine. Mouth-watering acidity and length of flavour will have you also falling in love with great Clare Valley Riesling.

Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Elevated pear and red apple aromas intermix with hints of honeysuckle and lime. Delicious juicy pear and red apple fruits drive the mouth watering palate with some delicate infusions of fresh herbs lying underneath. Aromas of freshly cut green apple blend with fennel and vanilla on a complex but restrained nose. The palate bursts with flavours of lime juice and white blossoms. The acid is firm but harmonious and drives the palate long through the finish. The wine finishes with a lovely dryness and feeling of refreshment.
