Paringa Estate Chardonnay

A classic Peninsula Chardonnay with richness and complexity and underlying elegance. Peach and tropical fruit aromas combine well with nutty creamy oak and the palate is full flavoured and long.

Simonnet-Febvre Chablis Premier Cru Vaillons

Pristine concentration and complexity of favour are the hallmarks of Simmonet-Febvre, a revered maker in Chablis. Stonefruits and ruby grapefruit with grilled nuts, owing no doubt to Simmonet-Febvre's insistence on ageing their Premier-Cru wines on lees for over a year. Has all the zippy-freshness you would expect from a high-level Chablis.

Savaterre Chardonnay

Sourced from dry-grown, hand tended vines in the north east of Victoria, this Beechworth Chardonnay from Savaterre will surely convince even the most hardened Chardonnay critic that modern Australian Chardonnay is of supreme world-class standard. Keppell Smith handcrafts a Chardonnay of utmost power and concentration that produces a length of flavour that borders on the immortal.

Penfolds Reserve Bin 17A Chardonnay

Penfolds Reserve Bin A is a cool-climate Chardonnay made from fruit sourced in the Adelaide Hills. The first vintage was in 1994 with the Reserve Bin A part of that new wave of Penfolds Bins that arrived in the mid 90s including the multi-region Chardonnay Yattarna and the single region Shiraz RWT. The Reserve Bin A takes its number from the vintage, slightly out of step with the Penfolds naming system. And thats a good thing as the Reserve Bin A is its own wine. It has plenty of Penfolds seriousness but its a Chardonnay, single-region and cool-climate. These days, vintage variation allowing, its a complex wine with (Michelin patisserie chef level) lemon meringue characters. Very expressive, pure and driven, the Reserve Bin A Chardonnay tends to spend more time on the palate than it does in the glass.

Bruno Giacosa Roero Arneis

One of Italy's greatest winemakers, Bruno Giacosa is most famous for Nebbiolo wines, but this Arneis from the Roero zone, probably the homeland of this variety, shows a matching brilliance with whites. Regarded as one the best versions of this tasty (but tricky) whites, it shows all the best attributes, with fresh racy aromatics of herb and lemon leaf, along with good texture, the vital grip and enlivening zip.

Bannockburn Chardonnay

Pale, straw colour with insinuations of green. Overt, ripe varietal fruit characters on the nose - pineapple, citrus and nectarine derived are from the warm vintage conditions. Mineral characters, orange blossom and almond meal along with some lees derived creaminess are all balanced within this multi-dimensional palate.

Cape Mentelle Chardonnay

The citrus rind and grapefuit lead the palate to an overall fine yet textural journey. Cape Mentelle Chardonnay had this distinctive minerally line too, apparent with focussed refreshing acidity. Faint nuancesof soft nougat and cashews also add to what is a harmonious balance and an elegant and length finish.

Chalong Bay Rum Pure Series

Chalong Bay Pure Rum is a natural, fine spirit 100% distilled from pure first press Thai sugarcane and distilled with traditional French methods. Lighter than traditional rhum agricoles or cachacas, and more flavourful and fruity than molasses based white rums, it is particularly adapted to cocktails and mixology. The balance between lightness and its delicate sugarcane and floral aromas allows a wide utilisation in cocktail creation

Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve Champagne Non-Vintage

With 40% of reserve wines, the Charles Heidsieck Brut Reserve Champagne offers complexity, voluptuous on the nose with notes of freshly baked brioche and the richness of roasted coffee beans. This is a deliciously sophisticated wine that finishes dry with a velvet texture, depth and long-lasting bubbles on the palate.
