The Twin Oaks Barossa Reserve Shiraz is a selection of 2 outstanding vineyards providing aromas of dark berries and herbs with a hint of spice. The palate carries the themes and is full and delicious with mouth watering acidity keeping a lovely balance. "A magnificent rendition of the variety; the hugely complex bouquet shows dark fruit intensity with seductive notes of dark chocolate, dried flower, clove and cedar. Though part of the Barossa, the Eden Valley is a slightly cooler climate than the neighbouring Barossa Valley, so generally produce Shiraz that is slightly more elegant in style. That said, the Eden Hall Shiraz is a wine that is not only rich, vibrant and full of life today, it will also hang in for the long haul.

Laughing Jack Greenock Shiraz is sourced from vineyards exclusively in the Greenock sub-region of the Barossa Valley. Located in the Valley's western edge, Greenock imparts warm, plush fruit characters with a dark chocolate and leather backbone. The Laughing Jack shows all of these qualities in abundance, especially the dark chocolate aspect with real concentration of flavour. A very powerful wine.

Every so often there are parcels of wine that generate tremendous excitement amongst the winemakers at Schild Estate. They set this aside to make Prämie, the wine that defines the best of the vintage and the land on which it was grown. Intense primary fresh plum flavours show again on the palate, where they hold their presence all the way through to roll out soft and pillowy at the finish. A firmly present, but fine tannin framework provides just enough focus and lift for the fruit to ensure added complexity, but retaining vibrancy to the mouth flavours of this Shiraz.

With his signature moustache and motorcyclists' leather waistcoat, Rob puts all his years of experience into every bottle.
