Fernet-Branca Liqueur
A household name in Italy and a cult hit abroad, Fernet-Branca also made its name as one of the popular drink in Argentina. Its thick, bitter flavour and spices, makes it something of an acquired taste. It was said to contain more than 27 different herbs and spices including aloe, rhubarb, and saffron, sourced from four continents. Popular served at room temperature or over ice. Great mixing with Cola or soda water to beat the heat wave!

Panarea Sunset Gin
This Italian gin gets its name, and its taste, from the Aeolian Islands off the coast of Sicily, where many of the botanicals are grown. A refreshingly herbaceous gin made using a combination of juniper, myrtle berries, citrus peels, coriander and more. Produced like the island gin, Sunset has two important Mediterranean botanicals infused, basil and grapefruit. These give a distinctive and very fresh component allowing to break neat with crushed basil leaves and ice, or as a Negroni or Martini

FRANCIACORTA BRUT CUVÉE
Bright light golden color with a vivid mousse. Rather complex and layered nose, vinous with (perhaps oak) roasted hazelnut, yellow fruit, apricot, fresh butter and brioche, rather white burgundy like on the nose. The palate is well-built with a bright freshness and layers of ripe stone fruit underlined by pastry notes and fresh butter with a long and lingering finish. Nice. FRANCIACORTA MILLESIMATO
Bright light golden colour. High intensity and fine purity on the nose with youthful stone fruit like apricot, peach with ripe citrus, crushed nuts and some autolytic or buttery hints. The palate is well-balanced in its bone dry style, very fresh and salivating with good extract, fresh yellow fruit, citrus, some nutty notes and a long persistence. Very good.
