Giodo La Quinta Toscana IGT La Quinta comes from younger vines (7-12 years old) and spends 12 months in 700-2500 ltr oak barrels. At the distillery of the Tsililis family, near Meteora Rocks, Tsilili Tsipouro is produced from aromatic varieties and distilled in small copper-stainless steel pot stills. There is plenty of structure, with robust tannins supported by fleshy red fruits, liquorice, and subtle mocha notes Pair with rich red meats, game and mature cheese.
