The zesty perfume of lemon curd and citrus zest is complemented by a hint of oceanic oyster shell and sea spray. The persistent bead drives the long and elegant palate which is creamy yet crisp, with rich flavours of honey-almond nougat and citrus tarts, complemented by a slate-like minerality and the zesty zing of acidity akin to a freshly picked lemon.

Watervale is a sub region of the Clare Valley renowned for its dry white wines from the Riesling grape variety and this Riesling is sure delight. Pale straw with silver rim and a glossy finish. The Fresh Pick Shiraz is picked two weeks earlier than our normal Shiraz. This means it has vibrant red fruits with musk aromas and ayouthful bright berry palate. We have chosen to make the Fresh Pick Shiraz as it’s a summer red wine that could even be served chilled at a barbeque. We call it Flavabom because it is an explosion of aromasand fruit in the red fruit spectrum.
