The 22 degree Halo is a 'stepping stone' wine, brining together grape varieties that originate from cooler regions of Europe with climate-adaptive grape varieties such as Lambrusco and Montepulciano, which have forged a reputation of making great red wines in Australia's warm and dry climate. The vision of this wine is to introduce 'YOU' to climate adaptive grape varieties through the blend of grape varieties.

Taste Description : Concentrated notes of ripe plum, cherry and mulberry, followed by lovely rose petal aroma. Silky tannin, subtle earthy, savory spices and fresh cedar from oak maturation contributes the complexity. The palate has excellent length of flavor with great structure and balance.

Pale lime in colour with silver hues. Herbaceous aromas of peppermint and fresh rosemary meld with lemon sherbet notes. On the palate lush flavours of green apple, lime and pineapple flourish with crisp acidity providing a mineral aspect to the persistent finish.

The Fresh Pick Shiraz is picked two weeks earlier than our normal Shiraz. This means it has vibrant red fruits with musk aromas and ayouthful bright berry palate. We have chosen to make the Fresh Pick Shiraz as it’s a summer red wine that could even be served chilled at a barbeque. We call it Flavabom because it is an explosion of aromasand fruit in the red fruit spectrum.

Light and fresh this Rose style Shiraz has a touch of sweetness to enhance the berry fruit flavours. Serve chilled to accompany light dishes or simply enjoy it as a refreshing easy drinking wine.

Ruby red with purple hues, with a bouquet of cherries, plums and subtle spice. The wine displays lovely rich, soft berry flavours with hints of cinnamon and vanillin oak.

Mainstay of the big Barossa red wine, Grant Burge produces a South Australian Shiraz with a slightly different angle. A luscious, yet delicately sweet fruited Shiraz with trademark flavours of red currant, ripe cherry and strawberry notes. In balance tannins and acid give a quite mellow mouthfeel that is perfectly suited a wide array of cuisine.

Deep red with vibrant purple hues, this Cabernet has aromas of blackcurrant, cassis, and subtle spice. the palate is soft and generous, with excellent length. enjoy this wine with lamb, red meats and mature cheeses.

Juicy redcurrant and raspberry flavours, slight minerality expressing stone fruit and citrus notes perfectly balanced with subtle creaminess and a crisp natural acidity.

Sangiovese is an Italian grape variety suited to the warm climate of South Australia's Riverland. This wine has delicate pink hues, but intense aromas and flavours of cherry, watermelon, strawberry and spicy vanilla. Pair 919 Reserve Sangiovese with smoked duck, savoury charcuterie or pizza, and finish with a cherry tart. Serve lightly chilled or at room temperature or cellar until 2023.
