Taste Description : Concentrated notes of ripe plum, cherry and mulberry, followed by lovely rose petal aroma. Silky tannin, subtle earthy, savory spices and fresh cedar from oak maturation contributes the complexity. The palate has excellent length of flavor with great structure and balance.

The crisp, dry vibrant, rose was made in the traditional Italian style. It’s a gorgeous salmon pink in the glass, with slight hints of rose water, and strawberries and cream on the nose. The palate is fresh, crisp and dry, with a confectionery aromatic lift.

Pale lime in colour with silver hues. Herbaceous aromas of peppermint and fresh rosemary meld with lemon sherbet notes. On the palate lush flavours of green apple, lime and pineapple flourish with crisp acidity providing a mineral aspect to the persistent finish.

The 2021 Shiraz has a deep crimson colour with ruby tints. The nose has dominant vibrant berry notes of blackberry, mulberry and raspberry, with plum richness, mint and a floral hint. The palate has richness of berries and plums with a hint of chocolate. Rich tannins are well balanced with fresh acidity and chocolate, with a medium long finish.
