With a history dating back to 1866 when Frederick Wilkinson first planted vineyards in the Pokolbin area in New South Wales' Hunter Valley. Now nurtured by the Agnew family, Audrey Wilkinson produce varietal of definition and class. Their Tempranillo is 100% hand-picked and sees 14 months in new and old French oak. The result is a fresh and vibrant Tempranillo true to the varietal's Spanish roots with dark berry fruit prominent. A consistent and appealing acid structure and tannin backbone give the wine a real touch of class.

David Hook's Shiraz is medium bodied, some vibrant characters of spicy red berries and soft rounding tannins with hints of vanilla oak on the palate. Ripe fruits richness with a lengthy finish. A great number to have handy when friends drop by.

Audrey Wilkinsons Merlot is a mellow, easy approaching style that is packed with ripe plum aromas and subtle oak. It is matured in French and American oak for 18 months, giving the wine soft tannins and a flavoursome finish.

Scarborough Yellow Label Chardonnay is sourced from fruit grown on the winery's rich Terra Rossa soil. This helps produce a Chardonnay that is rich and mouth filling with creamy, buttery flavours. Having being left of lees for a minimum of 12 month and going through 100% Malo fermentation, this Hunter Valley Chardonnay is one for those who love an 'old-school' Chardonnay.

From a fantastic vintage in the Hunter Valley, the Tyrrell's Wines Shiraz 2014 has been crafted in a distinctive Hunter Burgundy style by red winemaker Mark Richardson. In the glass: Medium density red.On the nose: Black cherry, plum, earth, leather and pepper.On the palate: Unashamedly medium weight and very savoury with a fine, velvety texture showing red and black fruit flavours with earth and spice elements, fine tannins and a persistent finish. Meet the black sheep of the Scarborough family, a Pinot Noir that defies the odds of a warm region with varietal charm. These days its a scarcity to find Pinot Noir in the Hunter Valley but Scarborough are firm believers in the style and select the best fruit possible to create a non-vintage style that is the best interpretation of the variety. Deliciously decadent. Fantastic with anything.
