Robert Stein Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 shows a brick red colour, exhibiting fresh aromas of black cherry and olives from its bouquet. Finely integrated French oak infuses flavours of cassis and spicy berry fruit into the full-bodied yet delicate palate. A low alcohol wine, it is suitable for consumption upon release or can be cellared for a period of 6 to 8 years. Possible food matches with this delicious red wine include grilled steak, Asian BBQ lamb ribs, meatballs and port wine braised beef short ribs.

The Balnaves Coonawarra Vineyard was established in 1975 and is situated at the southern end of the Coonawarra Terra Rossa strip. The Balnaves family arrived in the region in 1855 from Paisley, Scotland and opened their first general store in Penola in 1858.Balnaves have used Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to make this modern Sparkling red. This wine is a blend of complex and elegant parcels from ten vintages of reserve wines, matured in a solera system.Rich and complex with cassis, blackberry and violet, combined with mature Coonawarra Cabernet characters of chocolate, leather and truffle. Ready to drink on release, this wine will gain complexity and softness with careful cellaring.

Winemaker Aaron Mercer has crafted a delicious modern Rosé using fruit from Orange, which has vineyards at some of the highest elevations in Australia.Pale pink in appearance. Rose water, nectarine and musk on the nose. Light-weight with a bright core of cranberry, watermelon and Turkish Delight, crisp and bright acidity and a long, savoury finish. Fresh and zippy.

Bunnamagoo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon was crafted from grapes grown on our Eurunderee vineyard near Mudgee, NSW. With attractive and ripe red fruit characters, the aroma displays subtle leafy hints in a nod to the variety. A synergy of opulent ripe fruits and nimble tannins is in fine balance and of excellent length. Patient cellaring will reward at 10+ years.

A touch more residual sugar than normal in this vintage, to ensure it stays within the half-dry category. Once again showing those great lemon/lime citrus characters, with a nice pop of fruit which is balanced out nicely by the crisp, clean acidity. This Single Vineyard Half Dry Riesling was handpicked in the early morning from the bottom half of our Riesling block and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation was cool and slow, with the ferment being stopped at 15 grams residual sugar. The wine was left in tank on lees for a further 4 months, stirring occasionally for further palate texture.
