An easy drinking traditional style, the Di Giorgio Lucindale Sparkling Pinot Chardonnay NV was carefully crafted using 100% Limestone Coast fruit. In the glass: Pale salmon/copper blush. On the nose: Crisp citrus, red apple and raspberry fruit lift.On the palate: Rich and ripe, it features beautiful layers of strawberry and cream complemented by berry basket characters. Very flavoursome, it has a leesy mid-palate richness and displays a fine vein of minerally acidity.

This exquisite creation of the Robert Stein winemaking team shows a bright golden yellow hue. The luscious bouquet boasts of concentrated fruit fragrances of peach, apricot and marmalade. This Single Vineyard Half Dry Riesling was handpicked in the early morning from the bottom half of our Riesling block and whole bunch pressed. Fermentation was cool and slow, with the ferment being stopped at 15 grams residual sugar. The wine was left in tank on lees for a further 4 months, stirring occasionally for further palate texture. The Third Generation series is a modern style Chardonnay, Robert Stein Winery has crafted with the exceptional fruits from Mudgee to create this great expression of the vineyard and regional characteristics in a bottle. With the aromas of grapefruit, peach and citrus, fermentation was 80% in stainless steel tank with high lees contact. The remainder time in older oak undergoing partial Malolactic Fermentation with wild yeast, which adds diversity and complexity to the finish.
