From a single block on our family owned vineyard based in the cool Great Southern, our flagship Ferngrove Cossack Riesling exudes fresh cut lime, pink grapefruit and zesty lemon with a long lasting minerality. Native to Australia's South West, the Cossack Spider-orchid is the common name for the endangered flora adorning the label.

This classic Riesling has crisp and racy finish with a slight touch of sweetness to balance the natural acidity.

Delicate pale lemon colour with a hint of green and bursts from the glass with intense rose‑petal, lychee and musk‑stick aromas, underscored by subtle cinnamon and green‑melon lift. On the palate it’s crisply dry yet softly textured, combining talc‑like phenolics with rose‑petal florals and a precise, linear mineral‑tinged finish.

Petaluma Riesling is one of Australia's finest examples of this noble variety. Pale straw in colour the palate exhibits lemon and grapefuit flavours matched by some fresh and racy acidity. Sourced from the home of great Australian Riesling, this trademark Clare Valley aromatic white is wonderful when opened upon release and like all great Rieslings, will develop brilliant toasty characters over a 10 year period in the bottle.

As part of their quirky Ministry Series, Capital Wine produce a wonderfully racy and aromatic Riesling named The Whip. A floral nose of lime citrus and lemon rind followed by an intense palate of searing natural citrus acidity. The finish lingers in the mouth and is the perfect wine match with Thai food or simple fish 'n' chips.
