St Huberts 'Hubert The Stag' is a wonderful new label from the historic Yarra Valley producers. Plenty of juicy concentration on the front palate with ripe plums that give way to a quite lovely savoury body and a perfectly balanced tannin backbone. Easy to see why this wine has walked away prestigious wine show gold medals and trophies in the recent past.

Winemakers Leanne De Bortoli and her husband Steve Webber have been at the vanguard of Australia's rose revolution. This bone dry Yarra Valley Rose has lovely red berry fruit, savoury notes and can be paired with almost anything. Delicious drinking made for enjoying in the warmer months of the year.
