A splendid, pleasurable wine: The Grenache and Cinsault blend form an aromatic harmony offering notes of peach and candied orange. The flavour is crisp and round on the palate. Colour: Light and bright. Nose: Eager and intense with orange peel and red current aromas. Flavours: Smooth with a fresh finish.

The aromatics are true to type, initially delicate, even shy. Then as the glass warms a melange of spices including cardamom with hints of Lily of the Valley. The palate has drying raspberry entry followed by raspberries more fresh and zingy. All in all a long palate that really saturates your tastebuds with flavour. Please serve chilled. If you serve this wine at room temperature much of the magic of the Fairytale will be lost.

Shiny pink with pink petal reflections. Luminous in colour. The nose develops notes of mouth-watering strawberries and raspberries while also releasing light tones of exotic fruits. The palate has a well-balanced structure, full and fresh, with a lingering aromatic finish.

Free-run juice drained direct from the press was used to make this delicious Rose showcasing fresh, fruity flavours. A juicy palate and lingering finish makes it the perfect dinner date.
