From Coteaux d'Aix en Provence, and produced from carefully harvested and gently handled 55% Grenache, 20% Cinsaut, 10% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. The result is an ultra pale rosé wine with a nose of elegant small red summer fruits and plenty of refreshing citrus aromas. This wine is vivacious and fresh, with a pleasant complexity. A delicious aperitif, it pairs gracefully with grilled meats, seafood and mediterranean cuisine.

The Pawn Wine Co. began in 2002 as an experiment between friends - winemaker Tom Keelan and vigneron David Blows. The pair saw that alternative grape varieties were being used as blending tools by the bigger corporate wine companies instead of being stand alone artisinal Adelaide Hills wines of provenance. Tom and David realised the potential of these varietals to make old world wine styles and determined that they be allowed to shine in their own right. The first vintage of The Pawn received so many accolades, Tom set out to identify other idyllic viticultural sites and hand selected parcels of fruit within the Adelaide Hills to produce wines that are not only a bit unconventional, but enjoyable to drink, incredibly food friendly, and made in a style that reflects their true origins the ultimate in hand crafted, Adelaide Hills, Artisinal wine.

Alain Pascal is the man mountain behind the Domaine du Gros'Noré - a man big is stature, and big in character. These traits are refelcted in his terroir specific wines of the Bandol sub-region in Provence; muscular and complex, yet soft, supple and thoroughly engaging. APPEARANCE: Pale and pretty in crystal-clear pink with orange undertones. AROMA: The nose is delicate and fruity with notes of white peach and apricot mixed with passion fruit and mango. PALATE: The taste is full, fresh and crisp with echoes of the fruity aroma amplified by citrus zest and sweet spices (cinnamon and cardamom). In 1896 Marcel Ott of Alsace found an estate which inspired him, Château de Selle in Tarandeau, Provence, where once olives, lavender and mulberries grew. Enjoying a unique microclimate, the wines are delicate and elegant with great depth. In the 1930s, Marcel Ott fell in love with the very old Clos Mireille, overlooking the sea at La Londe Les Maures, near Brégançon. The vines soon started producing distinctive yet subtle wines. Château Romassan in Bandol was acquired by the Ott family in 1956 and following years of terracing and replanting, produces robust, harmonious and long lived wines. Cur de Grain represents wine-making genius, and today the distinctive bottle evokes the memory of the elegant amphora of centuries past. Today, 120 years later, cousins Jean-François and Christian Ott dedicate their lives to their ancestors love for Provence.
