The wines of Fraser Gallop Estate are intensely flavoured, textured and complex. Only the finest quality French oak barrels are used for all Fraser Gallop Estate wines, with very specific Bordelais coopers used for the Cabernet Sauvignon and Semillon Sauvignon Blanc blends, and Burgundian coopers for the Chardonnay. The complete winemaking process takes place at the estate - picking to vinification to barrel maturation to bottling to cellaring. Fraser Gallop Estate is an estate grown, produced and bottled wine. St Hugo Cabernet Shiraz displays a dark ruby red with purple hues. The bouquet of dark forest fruits such as plum, blueberry and cassis lead into a beautifully complex palate of blackcurrent, sweet plum and chalky tannins. There is a underlying savoury oak hint and a finish of lingering dark chocolate.

Langton's Classified Excellent WIN an Exceptional wine cellar* worth more than $10k Limestone Ridge Shiraz-Cabernet is an opulent loose-knit style with intense fresh blackberry/ raspberry/ meaty aromas, voluminous fruit, fine ripe chocolaty tannins, underlying savoury/ malt oak. The vineyard, named after the limestone cap that passes just below the surface, is planted to around 18 hectares of Shiraz and six hectares of Cabernet Sauvignon on unusually shallow terra rossa soils over limestone.
