Evans & Tate Redbrook Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Born and bred in Margaret River, Evans & Tate Redbrook Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful, classic expression of the regions famed Cabernets. Textural and expertly structured, it is aged in minimum new French oak to lend a lightly spiced character. Perfumed with notes of tobacco and mint, the wine tastes of olive, plum and blackberry on the palate. As with the best of Margaret River Cabernets, this will age gracefully for decades.

Flametree SRS Cabernet Sauvignon

S.R.S. stands for Sub Regional Series. Carefully selected individual grape varieties that excel within a certain sub-region. These wines represent the very best varietal wines under the Flametree label and will only be made in the best vintages, volumes will be small and availability very limited. Exceptional in quality, complexity and finesse. It shows all the perfume and structure that make Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon wines so famous. Lifted blackberries, mulberry, plums, earth and dark chocolate dominate the nose and palate at this early stage. Whilst showing plenty of inky dark fruits, violets and bitter chocolate. The palate also displays wonderful fruit and oak tannin, the result of 16 months oak maturation.

Houghton Gladstones Cabernet Sauvignon

Houghton Gladstones Cabernet Sauvignon is a wonderful example of well established wineries in the Western Australian wine scene with access to some amazing vineyards sites within the Margaret River. On show here are marvelous aromas and flavours of bay leaf, black tea and some spicy mocha notes. Excitingly dense on palate with harmonious oak balance and impressive acidity. A brilliant wine.

Moss Brothers Fidium Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon

Synonymous with high quality wine in Western Australia’s leading region since the 1980s, Moss Brothers are a brilliant producer of leading Cabernet. ‘Fidium’ from the Latin word meaning ‘attuned’, a word which perfectly defines the Fidium Margaret River Cabernet. Being attuned with the vineyard – its cycles, its idiosyncrasies, its aspect and of course its full terroir profile. Enjoy lifted aromatics of forest fruits, plum, mint, dark chocolate and tobacco. On the palate, blackberry and mint, some savoury dry herb notes and layers of mocha and spice from oak maturation. The structure is medium to full bodied with fine tannins and great length. An elegant style with great varietal and regional character.

St Johns Brook Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The Reserve range from the St Johns vineyard are barrel selections of the best parcels of fruit. This stunning Cabernet is a great example of what the region does best. Dark red in the glass. Mulberry, plum, leather and cedar aromas. A full flavoured expression with loads of juicy red and black fruits, cedar, clove, bay leaf and black pepper spice, surprisingly gentle tannins and a long, well balanced finish.

Deep Woods Estate Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

Langton's Classification: Excellent

Deep Woods most vaunted red earned its place in the Langtons Classification in 2018 (7th Edition) after displaying consistent quality and demand for the required minimum ten vintages. It is one of those wines at the tip of the Margaret River spear - demonstrating the brilliance that continues to come from that corner of Cabernet Country. ...imbued with power and elegance, pure fruit definition, fine-grained tannins and integrated savoury oak. Classification VII (2018) Deep Woods Estates sustainable and minimal-intervention farming and new trellising systems to optimise exposure have brought the vineyard into the big time. Domaine Naturaliste Le Naturaliste Cabernet Franc

Subtle threads of violets, cherry blossom and fresh juniper berries serve as highlights to an ample tapestry of black plums, cacao nib and ironstone. Sheer textures of crushed granite and black cherry skin are laced with porcelain tannin and quenching natural acidity.

Rosabrook Single Vineyard Estate Cab Sauv

Deep purple red colour, the nose is aromatic and lifted with a briar-like quality. The palate is structured and tight but with no meanness or austerity. There is great length of flavour with a nice structured finish and a spade of good natural grape tannins.

Deep Woods Single Vineyard Cabernet Malbec

Inky dark red/purple in colour. The nose is redolent with rich plums, dark fruits and warm spices, layered and complex. The palate is plush and generous and exhibits amazing length with detailed tannin structure. Grace Farm Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon

The Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is made from the finest parcels of fruit, hand-selected from the four blocks of cabernet sauvignon on our estate. The lushness of the mouthfeel and the depth of flavour is testament to the terroir of the site in the acclaimed sub-region of Wilyabrup.
