A cheeky cherry twist on our original spiced rum Marasca cherry, lovingly known as rum cherry, delicately infuses Old J Spiced, creating an exceptionally unique expression. This is a rum full of fun, energy and will convince you that rum is worth a try and will get the party started. Tasting notes Appearance: Clear, vibrant, coppery, golden warmth with a pink hue. Our Spanish-Inspired Dark Cane Spirit carries a maturity beyond its years. This spirit is designed to showcase our innovation and our unique approach to our spirit. The spirit, matured with heavy-charred oak staves from ex-bourbon barrels, provides a distinct smokiness that encapsulates the distinction of aged Spanish rums.A nose of light citrus, overripe banana, vanilla, hickory smoke, nutmeg and spice.The palate consists of vanilla and matured oak. Chocolate, spice and vanilla round off the finish, providing a viscous and clean mouthfeel.The Milton Rum Distillery has re-awakened 150 year old rum making techniques, to create premium quality, new make cane spirits.

Matured for eight years using a Solera system, this rum from Botran has a rich, spicy character with notes of caramelised banana, toasted oak, ginger and black pepper.The Botran family is commonly known for sugarcane production in Guatemala, but in 1939 they decided to begin a journey by establishing Industria Licorera Quetzalteca. The five brothers agreed that the ultimate place to age rum in Guatemala was Quetzaltenango. Since that day they have been involved in all the details regarding their rum production. Although the nurturing process has evolved, it all began with the nurturing process called Sistema Solera. This process implies the integration of young and old rums, as they mellow for years in white oak barrels. They are the first family that produced Guatemalan rum, nowadays they continue producing one of the worlds finest quality rums. Solera 1893 and Reserva high quality rums have won many worldwide awards for their intricacy, profundity and signature sweet flavour.

Miracielo Spiced Rum is mixed with a Master Blender from Botran, which macerates the finest vanilla, fresh plums and sweet raisins.This maceration of intense spices and fruit is added to maturing premium rum in a barrel. This develops complex, harmonious tastes and makes Miracielo rum so unique.Miracielo Spiced rum has spicy and woody hints, as well as a soft note of sultanas and ripe fruit aromas, with a pleasant note of vanilla and red berries on the palate.

Two Swallows Orange & Ginger delivers a big splash of orange is swiftly followed by a crackle of warming oak and ginger, with hints of candied pineapple and molasses linger in the background. This product was designed to deliver a world class Rum & Ginger Beer. Two Swallows was created by Thomas Hurst as a tribute to his famous ancestor Captn Matthew Webb who was the first man to swim the English Channel in 1875. Webb died in 1883 when trying swim the whirlpool rapids at Niagara Falls. Traditionally, a tattoo of Two Swallows, when a sailor drowns will carry their soul up to Heaven.
