From the home of traditional Irish Pot Still Whiskey, Midleton Pot Still is a combination of styles of the triple distilled Pot Still Whiskey matured exclusively in American Oak Barrels and specially selected to pay tribute to the art of the Distiller

"Blend of Malt and Grain whiskies. Rested in bourbon, port and stouted rye casks to let the flavours marry. Nose: Candied banana, honey, dark stone fruits & almonds. Palate: Vanilla, plum, and agave with a luscious mouthfeel."

Awarded Ireland's best gin, Dingle Original Gin contains botanicals from a pristine Kerry landscape, including rowan berry, fuschia, bog myrtle, hawthorn and heather. Macerated for 24hrs, the spirit is distilled in a hand beaten copper still with resulting vapors passing through a flavour basket. The distillate is then cut with pure water drawn from a well 240ft below the distillery. Each bottle is hand filled and numbered by batch. Best served over ice with tonic and a wedge of fresh orange.

Using lemon and just a hint of lime, Absolut have found the perfect balance of richness from the grain and water, tartness from the citrus fruits and just a hint of bitterness from the lemon peel.

The Pogues Irish Whiskey is mahogany oak in colour, a Strong malt with a aromas of slight citrus, cracked black pepper and a lingering sweetness.
