Jameson Caskmates IPA Edition is the latest experiment from the Jameson Distillery. Jamesons signature triple distilled Irish Whiskey is finished in craft beer IPA barrels. This further develops the Whiskey to take on notes of fresh hops, floral, light citrus with a long finish.

Pearse 7yr - Distillers Choice - is a malt and grain whiskey blend aged in a combination of former Bourbon, Kentuckey Bourbon Barrel Ale and Sherry barrels for a minimum of 7 years.
