Charming red berry fruits with a dash of spice and soft tannins. Like most Australians, we love a drop of pinot noir and this drop by the Zilzie wines clan is a great example of how lighter in alcohol does not mean lighter in flavour. Central Otago Pinot's are generally more user-friendly than Burgundy; Rabbit Ranch is very soft fruit-forward style with soft tannins; best enjoyed young.

Red Hill is one of the Victoria's most consistent Pinot producers. This cool climate Pinot Noir shows the familiar perfume and elegance with flavours of liqueur cherries, spice and silky tannins.

While Durif is not widely grown in Australia but has a loyal following nonetheless. De Bortoli Deen Vat 1 is an excellent example, showing typically deep colour and lots of rich, ripe fruit supported by firm tannins. Perfect when paired with a thick cut steak and roasted vegetables.

Light pink in colour and bursting with ripe strawberry and cherry aromas. A beautifully balanced, lifted and refreshing wine full of concentrated fruit flavours. Delicious with light salads, pasta and rich dishes.

Take It To The Grave Pinot Noir is blood red in colour with a lifted and varietal nose of wild strawberries, ripe plums and cherries. The palate is rich and expressive with supple cherry and red berried fruit, a beautifully lush mouth-feel matched by fine tannins and soft acidity that provide structure and length.

Exclusive to Dan Murphy's, the Arrogant Front Ribet Syrah Rosé from the South of France is bright cherry pink in colour, has lifted floral aromas with ripe cherry and strawberry flavours and a pleasantly dry finish. Excellent with picnics!
