The Parson GSM is a traditional take on three of McLaren Vale's most important and historical varieties. The wine displays hints of rosemary and aniseed the nose. Serafino Sorrento Rose is sourced from our Grenache and Montepulciano vineyards in McLaren Vale. The label is a collaboration with local artist Sarah McDonald and Serafino Wines. This wine is a fruit driven style with strawberry and cream flavours that will leave you feeling refreshed. Enjoy!

The Ethereal One Mclaren Vale Grenache boasts an aromatic and balanced mix of berry notes and oak. Fruity and fresh with a silky tannin, this wine is great for dinner parties or for pairing with your favourite chicken, beef or pork dishes

Shiraz and Grenache blend beautifully in many of the warmer parts of South Australia. This AAA is Paxton's 9th release, crafted similar to a Rhone-style wine yet it is packed with Au's Terroir.
