Raspberry chocolate bullets, black tea leaves and gutsy earthiness to finish, pleasant after grip and a sweet trickle of fruit on the back palate.

A blend of 60% Grenache, 23% Shiraz and 17% Nero, producing a fresh, vibrant and silken red wine. Only old oak is used, allowing the fruit to shine.Medium garnet. Hi-octane iodine, prune, leather, earth and bacon bone. Rich, spicy harmony throughout with a brooding mix of juicy raspberry and plum, fine tannins and spicy acidity. The Parson GSM is a traditional take on three of McLaren Vale's most important and historical varieties. The wine displays hints of rosemary and aniseed the nose. The big palate is layered with liquorice and dark chocolate flavours that are beautifully interwoven into the textured firm tannin structure.

The Ethereal One Mclaren Vale Grenache boasts an aromatic and balanced mix of berry notes and oak. Fruity and fresh with a silky tannin, this wine is great for dinner parties or for pairing with your favourite chicken, beef or pork dishes

Some would say McLaren Vale is the spiritual home of Australian Grenache. We are not about to start arguing when Grenache like this one from Chapel Hill are produced. Generous rich red fruits with smattering of dried herbs and a fleshy mid-palate. There is real concentration and complexity to this wine.

While certainly lighter, more elegant, and a different style to that of some of previous years, the 2011 vintage is one of the greatest Grenache vintages Yangarra has ever produced. The white pepper spice is telling of such a cool year, and is married with bright cherries and raspberry alongside complex hints of liquorice, chicory and cured meats. The tannins are fine and delicate, and the acidity alike.
