Annie's Lane from South Australia's Clare Valley produce a Chardonnay that has toasty nutty oak flavours that perfectly complement the rich melon, baked fig varietal characters of the grape in this soft, full-flavoured Chardonnay.

Flavours leap from the glass with this Sauvignon Blanc. Initially all fruit with lemon, guava and passionfruit complexed with subtle garden herb, light spice and green pepper. Wonderfully flavoursome and refreshingly vibrant and long to finish.

A relative newcomer on the Australian wine scene, Pinot Grigio offers a real alternative to the more traditional white varieties. Yalumba provide an exellent example here with a spicy, flavoursome, textured and a great food match styled wine.

Located at Angle Vale, the Carypidis family have been producing high quality Pinot Grigio for Yalumba for a number of years and were Certified Organic in 2010. This beautiful example exhibits jasmine and white flowers, which are complemented by cinnamon quill and all spice. These are met by crunchy nashi pear acidity and a musk stick finish.

Farm Hand Chardonnay is a well-balanced white wine with aromas of citrus, sweet nectarine and underlying creamy notes. An elegant flavour combination predominantly comprising of stone fruits and citrus gives way to a crisp finish which provides a well-rounded mouthfeel.

Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in the middle of the cool night to capture the freshest flavours and acidity of the Sauvignon Blanc fruit. Fruit that is perfect for a light, crisp, summer style Sauv Blanc. Vintage conditions in 2011 were simply perfect for this style, with ample rain in the winter followed by long sunshine filled days during ripening. Long cool nights also helped deliver an intense and finely balanced fruit set tailored made for producing the best quality Sauvignon Blanc available. Lively and zesty on the nose and in the palate, Jacob's Creek Cool Harvest Sauv Blanc is destined to be a favourite this summer.

The Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and expansive in flavour. Pale yellow in colour with a restrained nose of stone fruit and white peach, struck match and notes of creamy oak. The palate is bold and upfront with a burst of peach, guava and melon flavours and a rich and soft texture building to a mouth-coating and full back palate framed by subtle toasty oak. Fresh acidity gives balance before a soft dry finish.
