Yalumba Organic Chardonnay
This wine is pale straw in colour with green hues. Aromas of melon, peach and stone fruit fill the nose. The palate follows on from the aromas: stone fruits are present initially with lemon myrtle and grapefruit, before the creamy orange panna cotta finish

Tempus Two Pinot Grigio
Made in the traditional Italian style, fruit was sourced predominantly from the Del Rios vineyard in Victoria and gently pressed using airbag presses and the resulting free run juice was then chilled to 4 degrees and filtered before fermentation. Post fermentation the wine was cold stabilised and lightly fined before being cold filtered ready for bottling. Tropical fruit and pear flavours and hints of citrus provide a fresh, clean, crisp style with a medium bodied palate. A delicate aroma of pear and passionfruit with floral undertone.

The Elephant in the Room wines are proudly large in scale and expansive in flavour. Elephant in the Room was created to give consumers exactly what they want full bodied and mouth-filling wines that deliver maximum pleasure. Brilliant pale straw colour with faint greenish highlights. Aromas of ripe apple, citrus and a touch of honeysuckle. An expansive array of ripe apple, citrus and spice flavours is wrapped in fine minerality before a soft, dry finish.
