These unique ingredients are complemented with water drawn from the world-famous Harrogate aquifer, pure single grain spirit and a handful of the finest ingredients sourced from around the world.

Sipsmith London Dry Gin

Sweetdram Escubac

Everyone else is making gin, so we did something different: a juniper-free botanical spirit. It’s spicy, citrusy & mixes really well with tonic. AND IT’S NOT A GIN. To make Escubac, we macerate 14 botanicals, including caraway, cardamom, nutmeg and citrus, for 72 hours, then slowly distill them on the antique stills at Distillerie Combier. The long arching lyne arms and balloon-shaped partial rectifiers create a refined aromatic spirit, which we sweeten with raisins, vanilla and a small amount of sugar, and colour straw-yellow with saffron.

Gordon's London Dry Gin

Founded by Alexander Gordon in 1769, the Gordon's recipe has remained almost untouched since its creation. Triple-distilled, the gin contains juniper berries, coriander seeds and angelica root to name a few. Enjoy in a classic Gin and Tonic.

Whitley Neill Raspberry Gin
