Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.

Bundaberg's Small Batch edition is crafted by blending the finest Bundaberg rums with the richest aged reserves from the distillery, then matured in sweet cognac and brandy barrels. The result is truly a complex creation with exceptional fruit flavours and the perfect balance of vanilla, honey and spice. These bottles are limited with each MDC Small Batch release referencing its batch and bottle number.

Bundaberg Red is the first Rum to be filtered with Red Gum. Bundaberg Red has been crafted to deliver an incredibly smooth taste while retaining the unique character for which Bundaberg Rum is famous. Talisker is one of Scotland's remotest distilleries which produces a dram with trademark smoothness. Their 10 year old has a powerful peat and sea-salt nose; smoky sweetness with malt flavours and developing warmth with a huge, peppery finish. One of the six classic malts of Scotland, this Whisky is best enjoyed neat or with a slight dash of water.

Bumbu is an exquisite, all-natural craft rum blended with native Caribbean ingredients. Crafted by hand in Barbados, Bumbu is distilled from premium sugarcane hand-selected from eight countries throughout the Caribbean and South America, and aged up to 15 years.

Using the distillery's 120 years of rum-making expertise, the master craftsmen have searched our two-year old Bundaberg Rum reserves and selected a vat that was producing a rum with extra special characteristics. This premium rum was then doubled aged for a minimum of four years in our hand-crafted oak vats until it reached its peak.
