Sailor Jerry Spiced Rum is a rum produced by Sailor Jerry Ltd. as a tribute to both the man, Norman 'Sailor Jerry' Collins and the style of Rum 'Jerry' concocted and consumed whilst serving in the US Navy.

Our own interpretation of an old style of gin popular in the 18th century, when strict licensing made it difficult to make and sell gin. The image of a tomcat hung outside a door indicated that this was an illegal distillery. Our classic London Dry Gin base remains, however the addition of Yorkshire liquorice creates a sweeter more mellowed gin.

Slingsby Gooseberry gin is crafted using the world-famous Harrogate aquifer water, pure single grain spirit and locally sourced botanicals synonymous with the restorative nature of the town. Yorkshire gooseberries bring an unmistakable tangy sharpness, tempered with a fruity sweetness whilst retaining the classic citrus notes of our classic award-winning London Dry Gin.

Two Swallows Citrus & Salted Caramel has notes of creamy sweet caramel, balanced by a pinch of rock salt along with candied lemon, orange peel, baking spices and fiery ginger finish. This product was designed to deliver a world class Rum & Coke. Two Swallows was created by Thomas Hurst as a tribute to his famous ancestor Captn Matthew Webb who was the first man to swim the English Channel in 1875. Webb died in 1883 when trying swim the whirlpool rapids at Niagara Falls. Traditionally, a tattoo of Two Swallows, when a sailor drowns will carry their soul up to Heaven.

Whitley Neil Rhubarb & Ginger Gin is inspired by the glory of English country gardens, the essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to the smooth English Gin base, whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full bodied finish.

The Diplomatico Mantuano is an extraordinary blended rum aged up to 8 years. With strong notes of dried fruits, wood and vanilla, the Mantuano is the ideal rum for flavorful cocktails... it can also be enjoyed neat.
