Talisker is one of Scotland's remotest distilleries which produces a dram with trademark smoothness. Their 10 year old has a powerful peat and sea-salt nose; smoky sweetness with malt flavours and developing warmth with a huge, peppery finish. One of the six classic malts of Scotland, this Whisky is best enjoyed neat or with a slight dash of water.

It is a Blended Rum, which means it is a combination of several rums of different styles and ages and does not have an age statement. A modern rum of excellent quality which has a honeyed sweetness and dark, dried fruit flavour. Produced by the Elements 8 Rum Company Ltd using St Lucian rum and aged for 6 years in Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. Great as a mixer or in cocktails.

Mount Gay Eclipse Rum is widely recognised as the oldest rum in the world. Eclipse has a brilliant golden amber colour and a luxuriously complex aroma. Aged in charred, American oak barrels for a minimum of two years, producing a rum with flavours of apricot, banana and vanilla. The barrel ageing gives the Rum a lightly smoked character and a long lasting finish. Eclipse has a warm, medium body with a bright finish. Its subtle smokiness is imparted by the toasted Kentucky oak barrels in which the rum is aged.
