This classic blend combines Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, which shows spicy and generous fruit flavours and is complemented by supple tannins. It delivers great length and generosity on the palate, and is perfect to pair with barbecued or grilled meat dishes.

The Knappstein Malbec showcases vibrant varietal aromas of dark plum and raspberry with a dose of fresh cherry. Generous, yet delicate tannins provide the wine with body, enhanced with subtle oak. Fruit is complimented with sweet cinnamon and spice characters, framing the wine for a long finish.

Pure Vision is a certified organic producer that makes wonderful varietal wines that allow you to enjoy the full flavours of the fruit in all their natural glory. This Cabernet Sauvignon from premium South Australian vineyards is a complex, full bodied, dry Cabernet that is matured in French and American oak offering berry fruit flavours and subtle oak tannins.

A relatively new addition to the Wynns stable to compliment the Coonawarra Cabernet Shiraz Merlot and the Coonawarra Shiraz, The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon brings lovely varietal and regional character in a Cabernet that is approachable on release, but also benefits from a few years in the medium term cellar. According to chief winemaker, Sue Hodder, The Siding Cabernet Sauvignon aims to deliver a leading affordable Cabernet that showcases exceptional varietal and region characteristics of red cherry, mint and dark berry flavours, while an array of gentle tannins will further reward from short to medium term cellaring.

Inviting and complex aromatics welcome you into this wine; brambly, leafy notes backed up by deep dark fruit with subtle spice and char interplay on the nose. There is a deceptive density to this wine's aroma that hints at what lies beyond. The 2016 release builds on that breakthrough style - the wine shows plush generosity but there is a layering of flavours and complexity to this vintage that invites not just a second but third look. Generous, accessible primary fruit sits pretty up front but let the wine breathe and suddenly these dry, fine and lightly chewy tannins build on the back palate, lending a savoury edge to the dark fruit finish of this baby.

The grapes for this sibling to the organic Chardonnay are sourced from Angove's own Organically certified Nanya vineyards and premium certified Organic growers in the Riverland region. The result is a versatile, vibrant and spicy yet easy to drink red full of dark fruit and soft oak flavours, with a long yet soft, earthy finish.

The lovely Clare Valley is renowned for producing outstanding wines. This dark inky Malbec offers aromas of pepper and sage leading to a palate of dark berry fruit flavours with subtle toasted oak. This wine is a vibrant accompaniment to charred meats or grilled salmon.

A fine Cabernet from the Pyrenees region, Blue Pyrenees Cabernet Sauvignon show rich varietal flavours of blackcurrant and cedar with the distinctive minty regional notes in the background.

Crafted in typical Mr Mick style, this wine has subtle French oak, smooth tannins, distinctive varietal characters of strawberries and red cherries, a hint of spice and a long lingering finish.
