Son Ben worked in the Hunter Valley and as a Flying Winemaker in many of the worlds wine regions before returning to Glaetzer Wines and assuming the winemaking role. This Shiraz is a brilliant ruby red colour with a nose of freshly picked blackberry and rich red fruit, mulberry, white pepper, and rainier cherry, Deep flavours of berries and cherry, along with a subtle hint of nutmeg to finish.

Dense midnight black heart with a deep dark red black shaded hue. Pronounced dark plum aromas are followed by some liquorice and ripe blueberry scents with hints of vanillin cedar, fresh herb and peppered earth notes also present. Medium bodied the palate features juicy dark plum and red liquorice fruits over spicy vanillin cedar, infusions of fresh herbs and light pepper.
