Six Dogs Blue derives its name from the Blue Pea flower (Clitoria Ternatea), an antioxidant and aphrodisiac in traditional medicine. As chance would have it, ‘Blue’ is also the name of the smallest dog in our pack of six. The infusion of Blue Pea gives the Gin its striking blue colour. Four Pillars Spiced Negroni Gin is an aromatic, rich and spicy gin with great power and intensity. First, they take the base botanicals and upped the amount of Tasmanian pepperberry leaf and cinnamon. Then the addition of an exotic West African spice called Grains of Paradise. Although powerful, the spice tends to glow rather than become hot. Beautiful organic blood oranges are one of the last additions to the botanical basket, as well as some ginger.
