A carefulselection of the best neutral alcohols, together with the useof white Albariño Galician grapes, are the indispensablebase of our gin, giving Nordés its unmistakable fresh andsoft character. The distilling process is enhanced with themaceration of 11 botanical elements.Among them, the presence of 6 native Galician herbs -suchas sage, lemon verbena, laurel, peppermint, eucalyptus anda sea plant, the glasswort- which give the product its uniquely fresh and aromatic character.
