Green Spot Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey
Pot still is an equipment used to distill spirits. It is a slower process and had to be done in batches in a single distillery. Green Spot is an Irish whiskey that mixed pot still whiskeys aged between 7 and 10 years, in order to find the perfect balance on the smell and taste. It opens up with notes of orchard fruits, sweet spices and toasty oak. Full body and a lasting pleasant finish with flavours of warm spices and barley.

Talisker Scotch Whisky Distillers Edition
After its usual aging process in American oak casks, this Talisker whisky undergoes a second maturation which makes The Distillers Edition unique with the flavour profile being older, sweeter and richer than the regular bottling's. On the palate, crisp peat then softens to great richness in the mouth. Sweet, roasty malt with heathery dryness and a luscious, slightly oily sweetness with juicy fruit and vanilla.
Deanston Deanston 12 Year Old Scotch Whisky
It was 12 years ago that Ian MacMillan (Deanston Chief Whisky Maker) fully appreciated that there was a star in the making. Leaving nothing to chance he laid down the spirit in the perfect environment of their 18th century warehouses and allowed nature to run its course. Hold it to the light and consider its long journey. This is a celebration of nature at its very best; Deanston Single Malt has come of age. Un-chill filtered; Deanston retains all of its natural flavour and deep character. When water is added a heavenly clouding occurs, this is exactly as it should be.

Archie Rose Rye Malt Whisky
To create this truly unique whisky, we selectively sourced rare malted rye and the finest malted barley from progressive malt houses, paired them with virgin American oak casks air-dried for 36 months and let it all mature in the maritime air of coastal Sydney. Our preference for malted rye over the far more commonly used unmalted rye affords this whisky a point of distinction evident upon the very first sip. This layered, aromatic spirit offers notes of spiced custard, ginger, stone fruit and baked apple pie with a fresh herbal finish that lingers on the palate.
