This Scotch Whisky is handmade with rich, fruit cake flavours and a sweetness that emerges from the combination of Sherry wood and the small Stills of our old farm distillery. Despite being such a small distillery, Edradour produces more whiskies than most other distilleries. Owner since 2002, Master of the Quaich Andrew Symington has expertly used the spirit from our small stills, matured in the highest quality oak wood, to create a stunning and diverse range of single malts.

Glengoyne can claim to have the slowest distillation process in Scotland - a process that makes this distillery very unique, much like their positioning on the Highland/Lowland border. The 15 Year Old Single Malt is supremely complex, sweet and well rounded. There is a wonderful spicy oak finish that compliments the luscious palate that is enhanced by the process of air drying the barley, never peat dried. The hand-selected ex Sherry casks also provide a richness that continues into the finish of this fine whisky that is ideally suited to enjoying neat.

Compass Box Whisky's The Peat Monster combines smoky and peaty single malts from the island of Islay and the Isle of Mull with rich, medium-peated Speyside whisky. The result is, as you would except, a peaty and smoky delight with rich citrus notes of liquorice and spicy, sweet complexity. A classic Irish style, reimagined by a modern farm distillery. Made from a traditional mash bill of 60% malted and 40% unmalted barley, this Single Pot Still whiskey is triple distilled for smoothness and complexity. With no added colouring and bottled at 46%, it delivers purity, authenticity, and plenty of character. Tasting Notes: Nose: Warm and inviting, with caramel-toffee richness, soft oak vanilla, malted cereals, and a subtle whisper of coconut. Palate: Rich earth-driven malt with sweet spices of liquorice, cloves, dried fruit, and green cardamom. A little water elevates a creamy, silky mouthfeel. Finish: Long, malty closure that shifts into cloved orange peel and a background of aniseed.
