The mid palate is full of floral red-currant fruit, with some choc-mint and fresh leather on the finish. This wine is unfiltered and matured for 10 months in older oak to preserve maximum primary fruit lift and intensity. An accessible wine of surprising length and complexity totally slurpable (yes it IS a word).

A lateral shiraz with depth and persistence, morello cherry and boysenberry blend seamlessly into the fine tannins that gently grip, then let go and surrender to the juicy depths of this wildly enjoyable Clare Valley Shiraz.
