Copper salmon coloured with a lifted floral and cassis aroma. The palate is juicy bright and tastes of strawberries and cream, delivering a tight acid and grapefruit line with a crisp dry finish. Baileys of Glenrowan is one of the pioneers of winemaking in North-East Victoria, producing its first vintage in 1870. Since this time, Glenrowan has become a world-renowned winemaking region. Baileys of Glenrowan continues to be recognised as an acclaimed producer of full-flavoured red and luscious fortified wines.Our Small Batch Series is crafted as the best expression of the unique landscape and climate of our Bundarra vineyard, planted over ancient red granite soils. These wines are produced organically to showcase the diversity of varietals in the region. This Rosé has developed exceptional flavour characteristics from time spent growing with warm sun-filled days and crisp cool nights for natural acidity and to preserve a sense of delicacy. Best enjoyed whilst young and fresh. Vintage An even growing season without any heat spikes produced well balanced vines and allowed the grapes to ripen slowly and naturally on the vines and be harvested at peak timing. Vineyards Baileys Bundarra Organic Vineyard planted on the slopes of the Warby range.Winemaking & Barrel Ageing Gently pressed, making sure to only retain the lightly coloured free run juice. The juice is then fermented in 75% seasoned French oak barriques and hogs heads for complexity and texture, and a small component in tank for vibrancy and freshness The Baileys of Glenrowan winery has a very long and cherished history, with the Bailey family first establishing the winery in 1870. Tahbilk One Million Cuttings Rose

The 2019 Rose is made 100% Shiraz and is fresh lively style with hints of ripe raspberry and cherries. Has lovely length of flavour and displays great fruit intensity on the finish. The name Tahbilk comes from the language of the Daung-wurrung clans, the first people in the area. They called it tabilk-tabilk which means place of many waterholes. Tahbilk Wines was established in 1860 in the Nagambie lakes sub region of Victorias Goulburn Valley. It is home to a unique meso-climate, influenced by inland lakes and lagoons fed from the Goulburn River. Purchased by the Purbrick family in 1925, Tahbilk is home to 5 generations. Tahbilk is home to 200 hectares of vine, including the traditional Rhone Valley varietals Marsanne, Viognier, Roussanne, Shiraz, Grenache and Mourvedre. Classic varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Verdelho are also present. Tahbilk's flagship 1860 Vines Shiraz is produced from the estates original 1/2 ha of ungrafted, pre-phylloxera Shiraz vines that are amongst the oldest in the world.

A crisp and refreshing wine, created by harvesting grapes early so that the wine can be made naturally allowing it to have lower alcohol and sugars. Fresh raspberries and cherry fruit flavours make this Lindeman's wine ideal with Asian cuisine and summer salads.

Maison Saint Aix Rose

Pale pink colour with copper hue. Floral nose with violet notes, red berries and ripe citrus. The palate has good layers, fresh and structured with mild extract, a crisp acidity, juicy red fruit citrus notes and good length. The highly anticipated new release of Aix Rose emerged after a long harvest which began with Syrah on the 6th of September and concluded with harvesting Grenache on October 5th. The different levels of maturity of the grapes, due to Spring rain, led to a long harvest. The good weather conditions during harvest allowed time for optimum control of the maturity. The fruit quality was superb; the berries were perfectly ripe and full of varietal flavours. Grapes were picked as early as 4am to ensure that their delicate aromas, flavours and freshness were captured. Fermentation at low temperatures preserved the aromas of the fruit. A state of the art production process minimised the influence of oxygen, establishing an easy to drink wine with finished of red berries, grapefruit and honey. Grenache 60%, Syrah 20%, Cinsault 20%. 30% Saignee, 70% of gentle direct pressing. Fermentation between 14 degrees and 16 degrees celcius. From humble beginnings in 1880 as a truffle orchard, the vineyard was converted over to vines in the early 1900s making it today one of the largest Domaines in the AOP Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence area. The vineyard is situated 420m above sea-level and aspect is south-west which allows it to receive around 300 days of sunshine.
