Grenache is Australia's signature grape variety and we're slightly obsessed with it. Our first Rose is sourced from an old, single vineyard in Berri. Beautifully pale, salmon pink with delicate arommas and lovely texture, it lives up to its name.

This lovely, light pink coloured wine was crafted using 100% Pinot Noir grapes. Fragrances of fresh and floral candied fruits flow off the aromatic nose, effortlessly fusing with the dry and refreshing palate full of Pinot Noir flavours. Cool mineral acidity balances these elements, leading to a long and satisfactory finish. Pair this delightful Rose with light salads, rice, pasta and goat cheese.

An introduction to the world of Yering Station, this wine stands as an exemplary Victorian expression. Produced with clean and modern winemaking techniques, it is silky, fresh and approachable. Lush with ripe red and yellow fruits, the palate is wonderfully refreshing.

The name 11 MINUTES refers to the durationof the skin contact, the pressing of the grapes: the full load of grapes is very softly pressed. It is ideal as an aperitif and as anaccompaniment to the most delicate dishes.
