Henschke Henry's Seven Shiraz Grenache Viognier

This blend of Shiraz, Grenache and Viognier is a relatively recent addition to Henschke's impressive range. Typically fragrant plum and raspberry aromas, followed by a velvety palate with rich fruit flavours and well intergraded tannins. Henry's Seven will not disappoint.

Grant Burge Corryton Park Cabernet Sauvignon

The 2010 Corryton Park is a wine of amazing depth and complexity. The wine showcases classic Cabernet Sauvignon with fragrant aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco, mint, blackberry and cedar.

Head Old Vine Grenache

Deep crimson red. Essence of pure red fruit nose. Pomegranate, spice, fennel bush, liquored and glacéed red cherry. Only medium bodied but round, plump, sweet core of red fruits and profoundly textured mouthfeel. An effortless wine.

Spinifex Bete Noir

Mountadam High Eden Estate Chardonnay

Displays classic Chardonnay characters of white peach, nectarine and fresh figs. The palate is fresh and vibrant with fruit flavours of citrus and white peach. Maturation in French oak provides subtle nutmeg and clove characters on the palate, while a clean slatey acid backbone provides length and structure to the wine. The wine is complex with no single character dominating the wine. The flavour of the wine persists long after it has left the mouth.

Spinifex Chenin Blanc

When Pete and Magali purchased the Dominion Vineyard in 2018, they were particularly excited to work with a tiny block of Chenin Blanc vines almost 100 years old. This is their first solo release from this ancient fruit. The Chenin fruit from this old site holds natural breadth and intensity of flavour, so Pete picks early to capture natural freshness and preserve balance. The fruit is crushed without destemming and pressed to French oak for fermentation, followed by partial malolactic conversion and maturation in demi-muids. What a wine this is! All those juicy, exuberantly fruity Chenin Blanc aromas and flavours, with the typical Spinifex thumbprint of texture and salinity. Watch this space, if this first release is anything to go by then this may soon become one of the country's leading Chenin Blancs.

Spinifex Lucette Cordon Cut Semillon

The 2023 vintage of Spinifex Lucette Cordon Cut Semillon is a standout example of the exceptional quality that can be found in the Barossa Valley. The wine, produced by the renowned South Australian winery Spinifex, boasts a vibrant golden hue that glistens in the glass. On the nose, enticing aromas of honey, candied citrus, and apricot mingle with delicate hints of vanilla and white flowers. On the palate, the wine is rich and luscious, with layers of ripe tropical fruit, honeycomb, and a touch of spice. The sweetness is perfectly balanced by a refreshing acidity, leading to a long and satisfying finish. This 500ml bottle is the perfect size for sharing with friends or indulging in a moment of pure pleasure on your own. Enjoy now or cellar for future enjoyment.

Eden Hall Shiraz

Though part of the Barossa, the Eden Valley is a slightly cooler climate than the neighbouring Barossa Valley, so generally produce Shiraz that is slightly more elegant in style. That said, the Eden Hall Shiraz is a wine that is not only rich, vibrant and full of life today, it will also hang in for the long haul.

Spinifex Ugni Blanc

Schild Pramie Shiraz

Every so often there are parcels of wine that generate tremendous excitement amongst the winemakers at Schild Estate. They set this aside to make Prämie, the wine that defines the best of the vintage and the land on which it was grown. Intense primary fresh plum flavours show again on the palate, where they hold their presence all the way through to roll out soft and pillowy at the finish. A firmly present, but fine tannin framework provides just enough focus and lift for the fruit to ensure added complexity, but retaining vibrancy to the mouth flavours of this Shiraz.
