This Cabernet Sauvignon has a juicy blueberry and blackcurrant fruit flavours with a touch of spice.

This wine is an un-oaked blend, sourced from the colder climate of South East Australia. Several blending trials were undertaken to develop the best of these two wine varieties. Fresh, crisp, refreshing, with abundant citrus flavours. The palate is clean with balanced acid and an elegant dry finish.

Kevin McCarthy re-wrote the pinot grigio rules. Pioneering the planting of the unknown (at the time) Italian grape variety in Victoria’s cool climate in the 1980s saw the variety boom.
