The Altitude One Vineyards have undertaken meticulous planning in the creation of wines which present the best of the Adelaide Hills. Low yields of this Sauvignon Blanc, resulting in intense aromatics of passionfruit and tropical fruits, a seamless palate and balanced structure with fine minerality lightening the finish.

A quarter of a century since planting its first block, Teal Lake Wines remains a proud family business, under the guidance of Andrew Peace, and one of the largest family owned wineries in Australia. This wine is an un-oaked blend, sourced from the colder climate of South East Australia. Several blending trials were undertaken to develop the best of these two wine varieties. Fresh, crisp, refreshing, with abundant citrus flavours. The palate is clean with balanced acid and an elegant dry finish.

Kevin McCarthy re-wrote the pinot grigio rules. Pioneering the planting of the unknown (at the time) Italian grape variety in Victoria’s cool climate in the 1980s saw the variety boom. Now mainstream, here is another progressive take by Kevin. Zippy and bright, enjoy effortless tones of lemon, pear and honey, metered by a subtle saline edge.

Pale straw in colour with bright green‑hue highlights, it greets with aromas of grapefruit zest, white peach, and subtle almond skin. On the palate the wine is lively and crisp, unfolding flavours of fresh lime, pineapple and a faint minerality, finishing clean and vibrant.
