Bottled early to retain the fresh fruit characters this wine is from the Murray Darling region in Victoria. The lively passionfruit and gooseberry flavours captured in the wine suit a prawn and rocket pasta perfectly.

The Bulloak range draws its name from the majestic stand of Bulloak (Buloke) trees located at our Zilzie property, providing a scenic backdrop to our vineyards and winery. The Cabernet brings succulent blackberry and plum to the glass, all enriched by toasty, supple oak tannins. Aromas of dark cherry, blackcurrant and plum layered with toasty oak.
